Return Policy
We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your recent purchase. Non-custom orders can be returned for a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact Flashbang to request an RMA number, and include the RMA number with your return. Once we receive your product(s) we will evaluate it and authorize an exchange or refund.
Note: Flashbang is not responsible for lost or damaged packages from the delivery carrier selected to send in the return. Please insure as needed and package accordingly.
